YOUTH LEADERSHIP PATHWAY

WHAT ARE
YOU MADE FOR?
Our mission is to take the young adults on a discipleship journey to discern their vocation and mission within the Catholic faith.
Providing basic training & formation to help them discover their spiritual gifts and place within the Church. Commissioning young adults to live out their baptismal call to follow and imitate Jesus.
Dare to think differently and carve your own path as disciples, to live out your calling in following and imitating Jesus.
VISION
Our vision is to steadily cultivate our youth culture, and develop spirit-filled leaders with a heart of mission, who hold Christ at the centre of their ministry with the support of the Church community.

ONLINE MODULES
Concise videos from a variety of presenters through the online platform, focusing on the upcoming workshop theme.
FAITH FORMATION
Our Catholic faith is precious, profound, beautiful. Learn more about God’s vision for your life and ministry so that you are a radiant witness of Him.
IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS
Experts on the overarching workshop module themes lead an in-person, interactive session and discussion.
MISSION & MINISTRY
Experience transformation and grow a missionary mindset. Step out of your comfort zone to live out your unique vocation.
PERSONALISED PATHWAY
The Youth Leadership Pathway team members will guide participants in their discernment and exploration of their gifts. The pathway includes:
- Mentorship plan & discipleship support
- Reflecting on past or current ministry/mission experience
- Discussion of pathways you’d like to discern
- Basic training & formation
- Recommendation of further training and formation to help you grow and be equipped or qualified
- Creating realistic goals and a timeline
